Our Client is a Calgary-based consumer electronics company in the surround sound audio and video gaming peripherals industry. Our Client is the company behind a revolutionary and award winning gaming headset system.

Our Client is expanding rapidly and needs several positions filled. We need hard-driving team players to join our executive and production teams.

You are responsible for evangelising Our Client’s brand, and cultivating a gamer community. Your focus will be to promote the Our Client’s headset to PC and console gamers through the website, social media profiles, public relations, participation in gaming portals, through e-mail marketing, in gaming and consumer electronics publications as well as at gaming events and tradeshows. Your objective is to maximize awareness, drive website visits and profitable sales direct and through our retail channel.

You are technically competent (but not necessarily a programmer) with all things web related. You understand the importance of search engines and web analytics and know how to tailor what you do to develop quality back links that support our overall strategy. You are an avid gamer.

Compensation: Salary, performance bonus, options
Experience: 3-5 yrs
Attitude: Positive, contributor, collaborative, proactive
Education: B.Comm., Marketing, or equivalent experience.
Desired Experience: Consumer electronics – computer or video gaming peripherals
Professional Skills: A highly organized self-starter with excellent communication skills
